Refund policy

14-Day Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery if it is no longer suitable.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all parts, instructions, and original packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a full refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide the item is no longer suitable:

  • Return shipping costs may apply

  • Items must be returned in resalable condition

  • A £15 repackaging fee may apply if the original packaging is missing

Once the item has been returned and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may still be possible, but return or recall courier fees may apply.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:

  1. Check with neighbours or around your property

  2. Contact the courier

  3. If the parcel is still missing, contact us and we will open an investigation

Courier investigations usually take 5–7 working days.

Warranty

Many of our products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal household use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
