We know how exciting it is to prepare your child’s bedroom, so we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Beds are shipped directly from our UK warehouse partner to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.

If your order contains multiple items, they may sometimes be dispatched separately depending on availability.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days depending on your location.

All orders are shipped using trusted UK couriers such as DPD, DHL, or DX.

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard delivery to most mainland UK addresses.

Some remote locations may incur a small additional courier surcharge, which will be calculated automatically at checkout if applicable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • APO / FPO addresses
  • Some remote offshore locations
  • Some Scottish postcodes including:

PA – Paisley FK – Falkirk

KY – Kirkaldy PH – Perth

If delivery is not possible to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or provide a full refund.

Order Tracking

Damaged Items

We take great care when packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • photos of the packaging
  • your order number.
